GeoZS staff members attended the 11th international workshop NCSEE – The Neogene of Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe, which took place at the Faculty of Science at Charles University in Prague. The main theme of this year's workshop was Miocene Climate Changes: Between the Sea and the Continent, which is an important area of research for understanding climate processes in the geological past. GeoZS was represented by Dr. Kristina Ivančič and Dr. Miloš Bartol, who were also members of the scientific committee, as well as Dr. Miha Marinšek and Lara Mencinger.
