The Confocal Raman Microscope is an advanced spectroscopic system designed for high-precision chemical and structural analysis. It is equipped with an in-situ SEM-Raman analysis interface that allows simultaneous Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), enabling real-time correlative analysis of material composition and morphology.

Confocal Raman microscope with in-situ SEM interface Raman analysis is used for chemical-mineral and structural characterisation of inorganic geological materials and structural characterisation of organic materials.

Equipment rental

Analyses for external clients are carried out by trained GeoZS operators, by prior agreement with the Administrator.
