The main objective of the project is to update the landslide early warning system (MAPSREM) based on new data obtained during the disasters in Slovenia in 2023 by:

updating the threshold values for rainfall triggering in the light of climate change

introducing a new variable for the thickness of weathered soil in the landslide probability map

updating the weighting factors of the engineering geological units in the landslide probability map
