An online handbook on research data management planning is part of the project SPOZNAJ and is the first comprehensive resource in Slovenian for all those who deal with research data management issues in their research work. Research data management is becoming an increasingly important part of good research practice - not only because of the demands of funders, but also because of the desire for transparent, reproducible and accountable research.

Structured around the research data lifecycle, the handbook combines theoretical background and practical guidance - from basic concepts, legal frameworks and ethical guidelines to concrete issues that researchers face in their daily work with (meta)data, software code and documentation.
