This year's 13th Kocen Saturday at Ponikva in the municipality of Šentjur began with the unveiling of a monument to Prof. Dr. Stank Buser, one of the most important Slovenian geologists of his generation, the most prominent European geologist and a pioneer of modern geological mapping. The erection of the monument was made possible by the Municipality of Šentjur, the Municipality of Ponikva and the GeoZS on the occasion of this year's 80th anniversary.
