Dr Eva Mencin Gale attended the International Congress of Sedimentology at the end of January/ International Sedimentological Congress in Wellington, New Zealand, where she presented the results of her research on the evolution of the landscape in the Slovenian-Graec Basin during the Neogene and Quaternary periods. Her work contributes significantly to a better understanding of the geological past of the area and the processes that have shaped the present-day landscape.
