The Geological Survey of the Czech Republic (GeoZS) announces a call for awards and honorary degrees for scientific, research, development and professional achievements in the period 2024-2025:

• "Lipold Awards" for scientific, research, development and professional achievements:
  • the Mark Vincenzo Lipold plaque and
  • the Mark Vincenc Lipold Medal.
• Honorary Charter of the Geological Survey of Slovenia.
• Honorary Member of the Geological Survey of Slovenia.

The deadline for the submission of written proposals for awards and honorary degrees, together with the reasons therefor, is 6 January 2026.
