The handbook was compiled as part of the project EIP Water – Reducing Agricultural Pressures on Surface and Groundwater. The main objective of the project was to introduce more environmentally and water-friendly agricultural practises for livestock farming, arable farming, horticulture, viticulture and hop growing.
