Description of equipment

The complete system consists of a laser particle counter (GRIMM 11-D), a weatherproof enclosure and a weather station (Lufft WS500-UMB). The system provides on-line measurements of particle concentrations, mass concentrations (PM10, PM2.5, PM1) and total mass of particles in indoor and outdoor air, inhalable, respirable and alveolar fractions, as well as temperature, relative humidity, pressure, wind direction and wind speed.

Access to equipment of equipment

The instrument is used to measure and sample airborne particulate matter during desert dust episodes to determine the origin of the dust, to measure particulate matter concentrations in public transport buses, and to measure and sample particulate matter in tourist caves.

We also carry out measurements for external customers. The price depends on the complexity of the survey and the field conditions.
