The eGeology web portal is designed to improve the accessibility of geological data. It facilitates access to a wide range of geological data, map products and related metadata from a variety of sources in one place.

The data is accessible using modern information technologies and services. With various viewers, web services, data catalogues, reports and articles, they represent the basic data infrastructure for GeoZS geological data. Users can download the data into their own environment for further use.

The portal provides free access to more than 500 different data sources - 12 browsers, 47 different charts, 268 articles, 30 web services and 189 databases. The main fields are hydrogeology, geochemistry, geothermy, geophysics, mineral resources, engineering geology, regional geology, geohazards.
