3rd International Geothermal Summer School in Ljubljana, 30 June-5 July 2025
The 3rd International Geothermal Summer School will take place at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering (NTF) of the University of Ljubljana from 30 June to 5 July 2025, organised by GeoZS and NTF, with the support of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering and Architecture of the University of Maribor and the Institute of Civil Engineering. It will focus on shallow geothermal, in particular on the connection and integration of energy piles with other geothermal technologies. The organisation of the School is supported by the COST Action 21156 FOLIAGE - European Network to Promote Large-Scale Implementation of Energy Geostructures, the RSF project INRIGeoTeam and the Ministry of Environment, Climate and Energy. We are expecting about 25 PhD students and young professionals.
