2008: Diploma iz kemije in geologije, Brno Masaryk University, Faculty of Science, Czech Republic. Title: Influence of abandoned ironworks on the environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia. 

Research fields 

Environmental geochemistry, toxic element contamination, contamination risk assessment, digital spatial and temporal mapping, application of artificial intelligence and machine learning, sediment management, mine waste risk assessment, waste and tailings management.
