abstract submission and presentations

Thank you for your interest in the 5th IAH CEG Conference. Please follow the guidelines on this page for submission of your abstract.

Authors may submit up to two abstracts as first author (presenter) – you may submit two abstracts for one registration fee.

Select preferred type of Presentation (Oral/Poster). Presentation type will be finally decided by the Scientific committee.

Use a template to compile your abstract: title, author(s), affiliation(s) of author(s), key word(s) and abstract text.

Submit the abstract:
- send your abstract to: IAH-CEG-2022@ntf.uni-lj.si
- write the selected topic title into the Subject

Computers with Windows operating system and video projectors will be available for presentations in the lecture halls. A simple remote controller with a laser pointer will be available to manage the presentation.
The recommended format for presentations is Microsoft PowerPoint (ratio 16:9).
The organizers suggest not to include videos in main presentation, you will open them in separate program.
Presenter should upload the presentations to the computer in the lecture room no later than during the break before the section to which you have been assigned. Please find the technician at the lecture room.
The lecture lasts 15 minutes; of which 12 min presentation and 3 min discussion.

Posters will be on display throughout the 2-day duration of the conference. The schedule for the poster session will also be marked in the program. The presence of at least one author at the poster is desirable.
After registration, you will hand over the posters to the technical staff, who will place them on the prepared panels.
The suggested poster size is 120 x 90 cm or A0 format, portrait orientation is recommended.

Selected abstract will be invited to submit paper for the scientific journal Geologija, which is indexed in SCOPUS.
