The Shared Services organizational unit encompasses the activities of the main office, the finance and accounting department, the human resources department, the project office, and the technical department. Shared Services carry out and document public procurement and provide administrative support for major public procurement contracts, as well as administrative, technical, and accounting support for the Institute\u2019s project management. They manage a quality management system certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
