The increasing prevalence of pollutants like pharmaceuticals in groundwater systems, along with the changing climate conditions, requires a deeper understanding of these interactions. The research focuses on the impact of climate change on groundwater recharge rates and flow patterns, assessing how pollutants behave within aquifers under various extreme climate-induced scenarios, such as floods and droughts. The model will predict pollutants distribution in groundwater by integrating climate projections and pollutant transport mechanisms, offering valuable insights into the risks posed by emerging pollutants. The outcomes of this research will inform sustainable groundwater management strategies and propose methods to mitigate pollution, addressing the growing challenges posed by climate
