Content<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The main goal of the project is the establishment of the European Group for Territorial Cooperation \u2013 EGTC Kras-Carso for the management of cross-border tourism as well as the financing and management of the Kras-Carso Geopark. Sustainable development will be achieved through the implementation of common cross-border activities, which will be based on the rich geological and historical heritage of the cross-border functional area of the Classical Karst.<\/span><\/p>\n GeoZS will connect geological heritage with cultural heritage through natural stone, one of the most characteristic elements of the cultural landscape in the Karst. It will describe the geological heritage of selected quarries of the most characteristic types of karst stone and connect them with stone architectural elements in selected representative objects of cultural heritage. All this will be presented in the form of a digital platform in the visitor center, in a mobile application and through the \u201ckarst stone itineraries\u201d.
