It is prepared by the Gender Equality Working Group and is based on an analysis of the broader social context, as well as the specific characteristics of GeoZS\u2019s organisational structure, culture, and working practices.<\/br>\n\n<br>The objectives of the Gender Equality Action Plan align with the institute\u2019s strategic goals and focus on eliminating gender-biased practices and unconscious barriers that may hinder career development, particularly for women in science.
