Before the impregnation itself, a special sample preparation (dehydration) is required, which usually involves replacing the water in the sample with acetone or lyophilisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\"><u>Technical data:<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\">max. vacuum achieved: 10-2 mbar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\">separate vacuum degassing of resin and samples<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\">degassing of the resin at pressures up to 2 x 10-1 mbar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\">degassing of the sample at pressures up to 5 x 10-2 mbar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\">max. sample size: 150 x 100 x 120 mm<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Access to equipment of equipment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\">The device is designed for impregnation of brittle and non-bondable porous geological materials (sandstones, claystones, mudstones, sediments, soils, coals, etc.) and other materials (concretes and cements) with synthetic resins under vacuum. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of samples where structures and textures must also be preserved.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Equipment rental<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\">We also impregnate samples for external customers.
