The laser isotope analysers use CRDS (Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy) technology, which measures the differences in rotational-vibrational energy of molecules with different isotopic compositions. At the Geological Survey of Slovenia, we use the Picarro L2130-i laser isotope analyzer mainly to measure the isotopic composition of oxygen and hydrogen in precipitation and groundwater samples.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Access to equipment of equipment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\">Identification of groundwater origin (elevations of the hinterland, regional definition), mixing processes (mixing of groundwater and surface water), identification of aquifer recharge dynamics, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Equipment rental<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0cm\"><span lang=\"SL\" dir=\"ltr\">For external users, we measure the isotopic composition of oxygen and hydrogen in water samples.
