RM@Schools 3.0 project is an innovative program focused towards making science education and careers in raw materials (RM) more attractive for youngsters. RM Ambassadors (experts in some RM-related issues and trained teachers) will engage students in an active way of learning. They will be involved in experiments with RM-related hands-on educational toolkits (experiments), excursions in companies, and in science dissemination activities. The students can become Young RM Ambassadors by creating dissemination products focused on issues related to RM (i.e. videos, cards, comics, etc.) in their native languages (student age 10-13 years) or in their native and English languages (student age 14-19 years). Local awards competitions for the best communication products, as well as an annual European Conference with delegates from European schools will be organized. Selected groups of students will be taught about digital competences, like video making and other activities suitable to be proposed during Public Events in order to work together with RM Ambassadors. All the produced materials and the best communication materials realised by students will be accessible online at the RM@Schools website.
